From 29 June to 3 July 2026, a workshop titled 'CHALLENGES AT THE CMB FRONTIER', focusing on research into the cosmic microwave background (CMB), was held at Chino City Hall in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture. The workshop was organised by Associate Professor Yuki Sakurai of Suwa Tokyo University of Science. Researchers and students from around the world gathered at the workshop to present and discuss the latest research findings and future prospects in areas such as CMB observations and data analysis. Listening to presentations by researchers active on the global stage enabled me to learn about their research methods. It was a valuable opportunity to broaden my horizons and strengthen my motivation for future research.

On 30 June, we held an outreach event at Suwa, Tokyo University of Science. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the three speakers. Thanks to them, we were able to learn about cutting-edge CMB research and the mindset behind it.
